This policy describes how BLT Softworks LLC ("we," "us") handles information for Pixel Push Football 2 and these product, support, and privacy pages. Contact us at privacy@bltsoftworks.com.

Information on your device

The game saves local player profiles, display names, team and cosmetic choices, settings, progress, saved games, and purchase-entitlement records on your device. Local profiles are not hosted game accounts. The game also creates a random installation identifier and saves recent multiplayer reconnect tokens. Device backups and transfers may include this data according to your operating-system settings.

Multiplayer and service operation

When you use Internet multiplayer, the app transmits connection and session information, including the installation identifier, app/protocol version, display name, team and cosmetic selections, room membership, reconnect information, timed gesture samples, and match state. We use this information to connect players, validate play, synchronize the match, prevent abuse, and support reconnection. Your opponent receives the display name, selections, and gameplay information needed to present the match. Please use a nickname instead of personal contact information.

Local Wi-Fi play exchanges game information with the other device, with one device acting as the host. The Local Network permission supports this feature. Solo and same-device matches do not require the Internet multiplayer service.

Servers and network providers process IP addresses and connection metadata to deliver and protect the service. Operational logs can contain timestamps, room codes, player slots, match events and outcomes, gesture/sample diagnostics, errors, and performance or network metrics. These records help us investigate problems and operate the game.

Purchases and Apple services

Apple processes in-app purchases through StoreKit. The app receives product information and verified transaction/entitlement information, and stores records such as product IDs, transaction IDs, and verification times locally to provide and restore purchased content. We do not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password. Apple handles its payment and account records under Apple's privacy policy.

If you use TestFlight or send Apple diagnostic reports or feedback, Apple may make test feedback, screenshots, crash information, and related device/build information available to us through its developer services.

Support and this website

If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever information you include in your message or attachments. We use this to respond, investigate issues, and handle privacy requests. Our email service processes these communications.

These pages do not set cookies or include advertising, analytics scripts, embedded social widgets, or contact-form tracking. Hosting and network security systems still process connection information when you visit. The current game does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs or request permission for cross-app advertising tracking.

Who receives information

Information is handled by BLT Softworks LLC and the providers needed to deliver hosting, network/security, email, and Apple platform services. Multiplayer opponents receive the limited game information described above. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to investigate abuse or protect the service. Provider processing and applicable protections depend on the service and its terms; Apple's services are also governed by its own privacy policy.

How long information is kept

• Local saves and entitlement caches: remain on your device until removed or replaced. Operating-system backups can retain separate copies.
• Active multiplayer state: is held in server memory for room operation and recovery, and is removed when the room is reclaimed or the server stops. Some derived match events remain in operational logs.
• Server logs: are subject to system rotation and storage limits. The current development server does not enforce a fixed maximum age for all system journals; other system logs rotate weekly with four archives. This is not a guarantee that every copy is deleted after four weeks.
• Support and feedback: may remain in email and developer-support systems while needed to address requests, maintain issue history, and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request deletion. Provider backups and legally required records may remain beyond removal from active systems.
• Apple purchase records: are retained and managed by Apple independently of the app's local cache.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can use solo or same-device play without joining Internet rooms, choose a non-identifying display name, and control Local Network access in device Settings. Additional local profiles can be deleted in the app; at least one profile is retained. To remove the app's remaining local data, delete the app from your device. Offloading an app is different and can retain its data. Manage device backups separately. Deleting local data does not cancel or erase Apple's purchase records, and eligible purchases can be restored.

For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests relating to information we hold, email privacy@bltsoftworks.com. Tell us what information or interaction your request concerns. We may need information to verify and locate the relevant records; please do not send passwords or payment details. Some diagnostic records may not be attributable to you. Requests are handled subject to applicable law, necessary security records, and legal obligations.

Children and personal information

The game does not ask players to provide their age, home address, or other contact details to play. Display names are visible to opponents. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

Security and updates

Internet game connections use encrypted transport. No system can guarantee complete security. We may update this policy as the game or its services change; the updated version and date will appear on this page.
